Looks like an owned garage Fixes and eats seen gathering hygiene issue and waste is blowing out onto the road due to weather

  • Unfortunately the problem reported is not in a location covered by our Street Cleansing contractor to whom it has been sent, so we have had to close this report.

  • The council may have powers to deal with this, but this was sent to the street cleaning contractor, who cannot enter private land, and cannot take action against the public.

    I'd suggest talking to your local councillors, as there are several options, although I think all of them are discretionary, and will depend on the problems affecting a significant proportion of the public.
