Start of Brampton Road junction with Kingsbury Road

Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5554439.

Dear Council,

Could someone please change the current yellow lines to double red lines at this junction that leads into Brampton Road.

A lot of vehicles are always illegally parked at this junction and along into the start of Brampton Road from Kingsbury Road.

They just ignore the traffic wardens and just cause a lot of unnecessary congestion.

I once even had someone park in the middle of the road (Brampton Road) and just put their hazard warning lights on and block all traffic trying to drive down Brampton Road. This is not acceptable.

Please change these double yellow lines to double red lines.

    That's a road layout change, see the Help page.

    You should raise a petition for this:https://democracy.brent.gov.uk/ mgePEtitionLIstDIsplay.aspx?bcr=1 I believe it will require a traffic regulation order, so there will have to be a public consultation, anyway.

    I think the most you might get is no loading marks, but I think even those require a traffic regulation order and the consequent consultations.
