Sent to Brent Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5471203.

A large rectangle metal direction sign is hanging loose from a metal pole - at a height of about 3-4 meters. Potentially extremely dangerous for pedestrians and passing cars. Has been like this for 2 years! The sign indicates Hampstead/Kilburn/Willesden.
