  • This problem has now been inspected. Limited Council resources mean that it is not possible to repair each and every defect, and we have to prioritise cases that pose the most risk to the public so a further assessment by officers is required. We hope to make a decision on this repair within the next 14 days and provide a further update.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this defect and helping keep Brent a safer, more accessible place to live.

  • On this occasion, we have decided that the defect has not been prioritised for repair, however we will continue to monitor it through our scheduled safety inspections.
